Program Description

A fun and interactive class that will help you gain knowledge and skills necessary to prevent, recognize, and provide basic care for injuries and sudden illnesses until advanced medical personnel arrives and take over. This course covers First Aid, Adult CPR, and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Training meets OSHA First Aid Guidelines and Emergency Cardiovascular Care 2000 Guidelines. Written exams provide documentation and measure learning, so instructors can review topics when necessary to ensure thorough training.

Course Objective

  • AED training focuses on typical automated external defibrillator equipment. This course features hands-on simulation, lectures, and live and video demonstrations.
  • Course requires active participation, successful ability to pass written exam and perform various skills. Cost of class comprises of class materials, supplies, and course completion card.

There are different courses that are available to suite your needs. Adult CPR/First Aid classes takes about 5-6 hours.
